this is all a big game with institutions,Socious might want to subscribe at a lesser premium hence might be shorting the stock the moment they feel its ripe they will close the first tranche and try to grab all these cheap shares at that point every one will be chasing this past .15.

I feel when they announce the coming quarter financials
