The company is out of operating funds and cannot pay its auditor for our July 31,2009 annual audit, therefore we will be in default of OSC continuous disclosure requirements.
Accordingly, staff of the Ontario Securities Commission will be issuing a general cease trade order against Revolution Technologies Inc. on December 4, 2009 for failure to file the following Continuous Disclosure Documents by November 30, 2009:
1. audited annual financial statements for the year ended July 31, 2009;
2. management's discussion and analysis relating to the audited financial statements for the year ended July 31, 2009.
Although our stock may not trade, the company will remain in business and work toward complying with our continuous disclosure requirements.
