have subsequently moved to etrade

take it fwiw .. but hypothetical
chats with a few TA's .. indicate that
etrade may be going the route of st and
and tda .. where *settlement* issues
or manipulation ~ are a concern "

Apparently another MAJOR hole has been poked in your theory... the settlement issues were a result of the company's own actions...
