To answer the question about CEMJQ in a reply, I look at it in a relative sense, and no it won't be good, but this will be a relatively safe harbor as the sector will do better than most, and our asset value will only escalate when the dollar turns brown and starts to swirl clockwise. Besides, I think CEMJQ has restructured itself very astutely, creating through business relationships what will ultimately prove to be a functional monopoly in some very high value products.

To all of you who replied with kind public and private messages...a heartfelt thanks. And yes, she is a psycho. I was told so by a board-certified psychiatrist who said she had a serious and dangerous personality disorder and there wasn't much success in dealing with it. As a Christian, I spent several more months and thousands working with some pastoral counselors in hopes of a miracle that didn't happen.

The psychiatrist was right, she did a lot of malicious stuff that he actually predicted in detail, she staged situations with cameras to provoke me to anger and capture that on film...but I saw the cameras beforehand and so that failed, then she tried to set me up and charge me with assault but the Sheriff's deputies saw right through that, so I escaped that too. I finally accepted that I had to give up on the relationship after she tried to seriously injure me while my kids were around, and they said they weren't coming back and wanted me out of there asap and I couldn't argue with that.

When I left, I took the bassboat and all my stuff and moved into a rented house in a subdivision which is far away from where she lives. It is one of the more exclusive ones in the area, is a bit remote has armed guards at the gate after a high profile "hit" occurred 2 years ago about 2 houses down from where I am sitting right now. A close friend and business associate who is semi-retired and lives here told me yesterday when we were on a business lunch that the Texas Rangers recently caught 2 of the guys, but the ring leader, a Yemeni, is still at large. I will stay here and keep a low profile until the divorce is over and there is no motive for harm to come to me...I thought about that months ago and took steps to protect my loved ones and self.

My "circuit" is one that is not easily accessible as part of the plan, security here and security at work, and I don't run around a lot so I am not easy to get to unless it is somebody I want to see. I have a lot of friends who live here, and will be getting back into Golf again as they do a lot of that here in the "hood".

Catdaddy...I know all about rodeo culture as a native texan from the high plains. I never participated in a rodeo, learned to ride bareback like an indian and in spent a lot of time in the saddle growing up. I had a lot of friends who were rodeo cowboys and tried to get me into college rodeo teams etc..., but I never did it. I have spent plenty of time on ranches and farms, and made some of the money I educated myself with punching cows,or building fence..so your question gets an affirmative answer.

Nowadays my fast pony is an iron one from Japan which has enough acceleration to make me temporaily look like I came from there too. I bought her a bike that I left behind with her, but it is one of those fashion accessories and she will be severely affected by high speed lip-lash if she tries to catch me. She's got it advertised for sale on craiglist anyway.

So, no worries, Life is good. It's just a time-consuming pain with all the discovery and interrogitories and all that mess when all that matters at this point is a settlement and a decree.
