As goldstandard pointed out it doesn't matter. Stocks run or increase in value everyday and it HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH SOME PINK SHEET RED STOP SIGN.

That whole idea was created by someone/company who wanted to find a way TO GET CEO's TO PAY MORE MONEY to them and so investors could feel all warm and fuzzy inside. Now don't forget the GREAT P&D OPPORTUNITY when the companies do file and get the stop sign removed.

You see many here are making a SUCH A BIG DEAL about the stop sign SO THEY CAN BUY CHEAPER SHARES...THAT'S IT!!!!!!!!!!!

We know financials are coming and when they get posted IT WILL BE TOO LATE TO BUY UP THESE CHEAP SHARES because EXPH WILL BE RUNNING TO HIGHER GROUND.
