I kinda feel like I triggered the sell off, I was playing around trying to day trade 5000 shares, at 2:00 I put in a sell at 6.2 cents, and instantly a ton of shares got dumped at 5 cents to the point the ask was .05 - I must have triggered some stop loss orders.

It probably would have drifted down anyway, but it was wierd seeing the reaction as soon as I submitted the order.

This stock has always been very volatile - a couple of weeks ago it went up 76% with no news in the last 45 minutes of trading.

As soon as they announce the purchase of a facility the pps will rocket up - hopefully it will hold so when they sell the warrants they will be able to sell close the the target price listed in the 8-k.
