... some empirical evidence that "One third of the penny stock R/Ss work out great."

My assumption was incorrect.

I might offer, to the contrary, that virtually -0- Reverse Splits in pennystockland work out to shareholders' advantage.

Research and analysis done on other IHUB boards support that statement.
