NP.
The Debtors are continuing to manage their properties and operate their businesses as “debtors-in-possession” under the jurisdiction of the Bankruptcy Court and no trustee or examiner has been appointed in the Company’s case.

Tells me the court has not approved their petition for some reason;) Seems to be some political and financial overtones working hard in the background here. So who is going to benefit here the most?
