p.s. Please explain what you mean by, or how you know, that "Neustar felt they could not operate without" the right to license NEOM's patents. Just because I go buy an additional pair of shoes to wear to work doesn't mean I couldn't live without them.

p.p.s. Phonix66, If you want some actual expert advice on how penny stock R/Ss work out, check out the guys here on IHUB who list, analyze and discuss them every day. While researching YAGI-victims like NEOM I saw scores of reverse splits which doomed these companies. I ran across this IHUB board where you can get some actual data as opposed to conjecture on how many penny stock reverse splits 'work out great'.
