Ultimate Franchise Systems Announces Harvey's Bistro Opening Today

ORLANDO, Fla., Nov. 22 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Ultimate Franchise Systems, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: UFSY - News) announced today Harvey's Bistro, in partnership with Manny Garcia, one of the most successful and recognizable names in the Florida restaurant industry, will open today in Lake Mary, Florida.

Ultimate and Garcia's team of professionals have partnered to open Harvey's Bistro, Ultimate's first venture into the fine-casual dining segment and the second location for Harvey's in Orlando. The original Harvey's is a highly successful and long-standing restaurant and bar that caters to the downtown business crowd and is a favorite for theater and basketball patrons for pre-event dining. The original Harvey's is located in the Bank of America building.

Mr. Garcia currently serves on the Board of Directors of Burger King, Inc. He formally operated as one of the most successful Burger King franchisees in the country, operating as many as 67 units before his eventual sale of those restaurants. He is also recognized for his continued success in multiple high- end concepts such as Hue, Kres, and Manuels. Additionally, Mr. Garcia's Pebbles restaurants have long been a Central Florida stalwart.
