My take on the ES option exercise is the same as Jack from RB(154027)..."Interesting thing is, he didn't sell more shares to cover the, ATBE, ~25% tax bite on the $90k it cost him to exercise those shares.

IMHO, if someone has no expectation of near term share price appreciation, you sell now to cover that tax bite. If you think the share price is going south, you sell out to get as much free money you can."

In all Swartz and Swartz Ventures increased their holdings by 241,177 shares. I take this as bullish. I can see how some genuine long time shareholders might have misread the filing and shot from the hip. It happens to everyone and is forgivable. Then there are the permagendabears, the simply ignorant, and the just plain stupid. Who really cares about them? I say shag 'em, Katie says 'don't feed the animals'.
