The shares they recieved did not come from the company. The shares came from Noah Clark, who did Financial consulting work for the company last year.

It's in the financials that were posted.

So IMO, the reason the PPS is dropping is the selling by Wall Street Investing and possibly the Financial consultant Noah Clark.
