now do you really thik that they would go through the effort of making these changes IF THERE WAS REVENUE ON THE HORIZON???

Clearly there is nothing on the horizon and they are screwing with par so that they can just keep on diluting the hell out of the stock.

Also, if they are serious about investor relations they would not be holding this special meeting at NEOMs office, they would hold it in a respectable manner at a location that could accomodate all that wanted to attend.

Something is very fishy here.
