I am starting to think they are being too cautious. the FDA cant do anything to them at this point. everyone was given the go ahead by the court. whats the FDA going to do spank them for moving on with business after getting the ok. we know their product is the safest out there with fewest chemicals and no glycol. i say go for it. besides shutting down a online store would easy to do if they had to, just turn off the ordering part.
