If that is true, they why would they even want an amended agreement. Moro would not have been stupid enough to have wanted it. It was the trigger for the stock to drop to 5 cents.

The license for RECAF was only costing Abbott $50,000 per year. If they were not interested in saving the $50,000 minimum royalty, why didn't they just keep on paying it? Nope, Abbott is done and for $50,000 Moro negotiated the amended agreement to prevent a return. Haven't you read the filings where Moro states that a return by Abbott would prevent him from signing any additional licensees?

You have to be in a dream world to think RECAF will be successful. No universal markers are succeeding. Panacea's haah performs better than RECAF and they have laid off all their employees. AMDL just submitted a filing to dilute their shareholders by 400% and double their authorized shares or they will declare bankruptcy. Does that sound familiar?
