I rolled out of a biotech start-up that had gone from about $7 to about $0.25 (later proven to be a scam built around great research and science, but bad business-some management will have new jewelry soon) and some blue chips in 1Q 2009, and into this after the crash of 2008 largely because of the excellent verifiable DD I found on this board and as a second factor my knowledge of the sector and what I thought would happen in the global economy. I am convinced, more than ever, that there is no better place to be for the forseeable future because I fully expect we are headed for a huge crisis in our economy.

The wife (2nd marriage) called me "stupid" and beat me up about it (literally and figuratively), but it was my money before we married 21 months ago that was involved-because she spent everything we made and then some. She, over the course of the next few months proved to be really abusive (especially after I sold my house and paid off her second mortgage) and so I hired a PI and learned I was her sixth husband, she had a criminal record and is actually a predator that has done well by assembling and disassembling relationships. I moved out on Dec 23 2009, filed for divorce on Dec 28 only to learn she had already filed. My realized position is a huge loss, but I have huge unrealized gains because of my decision.

Now, she is whining that I did nothing for "us" although I paid 2 years college for her daughter and plowed a huge amount of money (above my income) into the relationship as a result of her manipulation. Through "discovery" in this divorce, I predict she, motivated by greed and jealousy will be destroyed as she watchs my millions multiply while she drives herself to bankruptcy in legal fees trying to get a piece of it and she will fail in that. I am looking forward to going to Cabo with the crew in a few months.

Be careful in biotech, especially if it is a start-up jax.
