Not necessarily. If the material scraped up saturates water than it is no good for water retention. Clay must be the primary element though there is probably quite a bit out there. like I was saying it is way to early to speculate and yes a pbr does need to be level.

I could take all day to debunk your arguments but it ain't worth it. Lets let the idea develope more before scrutinizing details.
