Bank of Florida Corp. Announces Compliance with NASDAQ Minimum Bid Price Rule

NAPLES, Fla. -- (Business Wire)

Bank of Florida Corporation (NASDAQ: BOFL) announced today that it was notified by The Nasdaq Stock Market that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price rule (Listing Rule 5450(a)(1)), as its common stock price has closed with a bid price above $1.00 per share for at least 10 consecutive business days. Bank of Florida’s common stock will continue to trade on the NASDAQ Global Market.
