Example:
- Stock ABCD .0001, week high of .0004, closes .0002
- Stock XYZZ .0003, week high of .0009, closes .0007
- Stock ABCD had a intraweek high of 300%, Stock XYZZ had an intraweek high of 200%. Stock ABCD wins the contest even though ABCD closed 100% up EOW and XYZZ closed 133%.
