clawmann, This question is about the series D conversion rates. Would the nasdaq rule 5640, IM 5640 cited in the Alanco non compliance letter reported a few hours ago have any effect here in this YA/Neomedia vote since this is not nasdaq? I can't post links but you can google Alanco and look down the page to "news results for alanco technologies" it seems their series E conversion was limited to a "lesser of......" LOS [What was the closing price of Neom Jan 4th? Was it over a penny?] It could change everything if that rule applied here.
