Mel!!!!! The phraseology is "I have no PRESENT recollection of that . . . " gosh!!! They would tear you apart on the stand or in a deposition using "recent" . . .

BTW, re your "promotion" on our Den's Board, my sincerest condolences . . . I mean congratulations!!! Thanks for being there for us :)
