i think the skeptics are missing what might be the elephant in the room.

they need to make 5 milestones out of 8.

they cover 3 categories.

they must be met AS SOON AS 6/30/2010....and BY 7/2011.

that's a tall order for meaningful results.

I suspect they'll get nothing or

millions.

we've made it this far...let's see what happens.
