so, if the as seen on TV people (the vendor/supplier) wants to replace the sponge with another new product .. off it goes into the void and a new product takes it place .. no more spng sponge?

if so - that's a long way from spongy having shelf space with Walmart as a approved supplier/vendor

Just got off the phone with Walmart corporate customer service. The "As Seen on TV" products are received from the manufacturer and routed through walmart distribution centers to the stores. There is no "contract with someone". These products are just like any other product in the store with the exception that the display says "As Seen on TV".

Sheeeesh!!! Can we check this one off our list now?
