Those are the rules and they lay it out for you in black and white, if you dont like it take you ball to another playground.

People complain that management has nothing in the game, then when they award themselves options they complain. So what is it? At least if they have options they have a vested interest to see them grow into something worthwhile.

Do you really want to rehash the "consultant" thing again? Yes we know they are consultants, and I really dont care what their tile is, what i care about is are they helping to get PPHM to the next level or not. Time will tell.

So go complain to someone who cares.
