Just got off the phone with IR and he said as of yesterday afternoon, William Yuon is still with the company, and he seemed pretty sure about it. But, this is just what he said. Ummm, he said that there will absolutely not be a PR today, and that we wont see one for a couple weeks. He said it would be about the merger/acquisition. That is what AXS is there for. He told me. he specificially told me they are there for a merger/acquisition. The company will take 1-2 weeks and expect results shortly after that. I am wondering if that is the 30-90 days of "mystery"? Oh well, there you have it. I talked to him myself, and that is what he told me. He said he owns stock in MDGC. He bought again at .009 to average down was in at .035 I think he said. So, he says he owns stock. He says no PR is coming. He said multiple times that there is a merger/acquisition going on, and that's about it.
