He said the deal was on his desk. He was looking it over when he had time. However SFIO's conduct was not very professional. Telling the word of your plans is misleading, plus even though the deals hasn't been done... you're trying to force something.

No indication if the deal is imminent. As far as I know, Leo is looking at a set of E-cigs and a proposal to plan/market it. However this is just me dreaming.

His reaction towards the newsrelease was, an immediate firm email to SFIO that their manner of conduct was not noteworthy and not progressive to any forthcoming relationship...

In the end its all about the money. So who knows what will happen...

I'm on the side lines though for now.
