oh i think thats what they will do and should do, and i think xlpi was going to be apart of all that early on but i think they are on a lifeline..lol...it makes more sense and maybe they are talking about that right now, i have no idea, but if these contracts hit or you get gov't funding one would have to think they would have that lined up or ready to go.
