No I am not saying SNP is withholding info from ERHE to harm them. I am saying that ERHE gets all the info they are entitled to but doesn't know what to do with it once they get it. They have no right to SNP's own, internal analysis. Look at Dan Gralla's resume and tell me if he is qualified to interpret well results and to do the required fluid studies. And even if he is, he can not do it alone. SNP probably has a few dozen people working on this. So where does all of ERHE's expertise come from. Sure they could buy it through consultants but it would probably run a few million dollars which is a material cost to ERHE. I have not seen evidence of this.

Do you really think SNP is going to tell ERHE everything they know? Because I don't. They will tell them what they are required to and that is all. SNP will work with people but make no mistake about it, they will look after themselves first and foremost.
