Best guess is they are about to award significant options packages to themselves and the lower the share price goes the lower the strike price will be, meaning the options will be in the money at a much lower level down the road.

This is not how reputable companies reward management, but it fits an OTCBB company perfectly. Watch for the proxy, it'll be laden with options, IMO.
