Hi Rich ........ LOL, that's a great find .......

I know of two R/S by Robert T in the past two years.

Both were 1 for 1,000 . So if you had a 1,000,000 shares 2 years ago, now you have ONE .... lol

He had done a 1 for 1,000 about a year ago or so ....
THAT was THE reason why I was so sure when we were buying at .0023 in September
that he wouldn't do another one like that !
although the fact that the O/S was back to 2.5 BILLION seemed strange .... LOL

Who knows what the O/S is now (where are those audited financials ? )

The thing is that RT is changing the share structure so fast that all those auditors can't keep up
and neither can he ....... that's why he is not filing .... ALL IMHO only LOL
