Sorry.....WRONG!!!

From the latest 10-Q filed 1-14-2010

"As of January 12, 2010, the issuer had outstanding 1,218,000,643 shares of its common stock, $0.001 par value per share."

And based upon trading patterns since then UNI-CON has DUMPED at least 500 mil additional, new, freshly printed shares>
