Alert...the dividend was related to the potential
sale that fell through and was suppose to be given
as a bonus to faithful shareholders per board meeting...and faithful shareholders are still waiting...the reason for not
paying bonified shareholders was the suspension which
knock BIHC off the pinks and supposedly finra/brokers
removed themselves from being an instrument of accountability/payment vechicle to shareholders of record
via the SEC's officers and complaining naked shorts.
Everyone here knows this and Ed will recognize Karma whether
good or bad when it comes to his house. So at this point doing
what is right is just as important as building a business. Isn't
this right Sony.

The right thing to do is to pay the .0025/.0050 dividend to shareholders of record at the company's earliest convenience
by whatever means.
