The Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation apparently have to sell 10's of millions of shares to comply with federal tax rules.

They've been unloading almost daily since July '09', and have a long way to go.

They have over 10% of the OS now and need to reduce it to 5% I believe.

Any thoughts?
