THIS IS THE RESPONSE I GOT FROM ETRADE. THAT STINKS BECAUSE I NEVER SAW ANY Pr STATE THAT THEY WOULD BE RESTRICTED. IM PssT!!!!!

Dear Mr. McMellon,

Thank you for your email in regards to the status of your shares of NHGP through the spin-off from PRRM. If you were a shareholder on record as of 9/30/204, you are entitled to a payment of 1 NHGP share for every 100 shares you held of PRRM. Unfortunately, we have not received the new restricted split shares from the transfer agent; therefore, we cannot post the shares to your account. Restricted shares are sent in certificate form and can oftentimes take 4 to 6 weeks to receive from the transfer agent.

Please note these shares will be restricted and will be listed by the CUSIP number for identification purposes; therefore, you will be unable to place a trade on these shares until the restriction is removed.
