I don't believe it does in OTC land there normally isn't any volume to support any type of move no $$$$$ flow. After looking over some of yesterdays action I don't believe that is the case too many times the Ask was undercut for no reason. So far today the exact same thing buys at the ask and the ask drops drops again......that's not normal.....I still believe somone is selling a position or warrants are being exercised the T/A is just behind.

I guess we will know soon enough.
