Has anyone brought up the possibility that the first two announced acquisitions could have been 5 and 6? Still leaves it open to close the first four together per the PR. Know some have refuted that PR based on the fact Dean announced closing the first two acquisitions assuming they are two of the 1-4. It actually seems like it might be easier to get 5 and 6 done more quickly as separate transactions than to close 1-4 together....less red tape, fewer lawyers, etc. May not amount to anything, but just a thought.
