Exactly! Finding the methodology of determining who is heading into BK (watch list) then jumping in on the day of/day after the filing is exactly what we are after.

Then as the stock levels out we can determine if it is too risky to hold or if we should play it long.

I personally want to find those juicy CT and/or Preferred stocks for the long play... while flipping commons for instant cash.
