Just called the Company, they say that Paul will be in tomorrow morning at 9:00 and that I should probably speak with him.

Additionally I called the T/A and find that their information has changed. Updating the iBox with the new T/A info, although they could not give out any information. It sounded like the T/A policy...will try to verify tomorrow but likely busy in the morning and early afternoon.
