Here is what I got:
This stock is trading on the "Grey market" which is what he described to be lower than the Pinks.....man thats low LOL! And in this state, it wont show a bid or ask.
Etrade will put an order through, which is legal because they havent been officially notified by the SEC to stop. Thats the way they look at it. They have to be informed... they dont have to ask. I was told to contact the nearest SEC rep and ask them.
He said OTC MM's are not regulated so they can still pass around the shares between other MM's...they dont have many guidelines to follow. Until the SEC does something about it, it can be traded.
The question is, what crack-head is buying them?
