Unable to link to Prophet charts in TOS.

It used to work, when I subscribed to TI a while back, but I can no longer link symbols in TA alert window to prophet chart in TOS.

Which reminds me ... it would be better for me if I were able to link them to the default TOS charts. Thanks ....
