the 3 B share's are employmant contracts that were never fullfilled and therefore will be canceled, left over fron the debit card business that never saw the light of day. The credit crisis etc put a stop to that whole direction of the comapany as well as other possible reasons I am afraid cant be discussed openly anymore.
