Software Companies are struggling very hard for survival after introduing the new H1B changes.

From my understanding from the President's recent speech, All Software Companies outsourcing the jobs will be loosing the Tax Benefits and will end up paying more taxes.

IT Market may get better atleast in 2 to 3 years if these companies survives in the meantime.
