With the absence of news the pps had to fall back to the the low... Typical retracement from the high because of no release of news and fears of diluition.... When the news does come out which I believe will be in the next 57 days.... Instant triple and much much more.... This is so overwhelmingly obvious due to the technicals---- this is a chartists dream....
