The owners of this scam brag about having the "stop" notation removed from their pink sheets page and "only" having 31 BILLION shares outstanding? Or does anyone even know what the current share structure is? As long as companies like this continue to avoid filing like the plague and keep themselves shrouded in mystery, except for what they want you to know, they will look like a scam, pure and simple. If they did sell that property for 100 million bucks who gets the money? Will they give it all as a rebate to the shareholders? If they did, what would each share get????? I would say about .003 per share or so. But, based upon my read of this situation the shareholders would be lucky to get .0000000001 per share. Paid bashers? What a joke. The 31 billion shares outstanding is more than enough to drag the share price down to nothing. When you couple that information with the companies obvious fear in signing their name to an official document certifying these numbers one can be left to draw all kinds of conclusions. If the filings were done all would be known. Otherwise, it is just empty words and propoganda.
