Can anyone list an asset that HMIT has to leverage some kind of a deal.
Mark Klok gave the only asset to Alto. Hmit stockholders got nothing in return. All this was done by Mark Klok without any prs. being issued to explain what was done. If certain individuals pursue the issue, Mark Klok could have some legal problems. Maybe he will finally face some consequences for his many questionable actions relating to several companies that he has been involved with over the past few years.
Trying to leverage something now with nothing will be hard to do. Major dilution would be the only answer.
