BANKER - I appreciate your taking the time to share your past business experiences. You certainly hit the nail on the head when you stated that Dean success is because he thinks "outside the box". He also relies on those he is doing business with to keep him updated. You can't be a successful manager and be continuously micromanaging everything as you'll soon burn yourself out. You must rely on others to do the job they are expected to do. So when Dean tells us that something should happen by a specific date, he is providing us the best information available at that time, based upon what his advisers are telling him. However the more things you have on your plate that can interact with each other, the harder it is to keep everything on a set timeline.

I'm fully confident that QUASAR is going to be a real contender in the Aerospace arena, and looking out over the next 4 years or so, will be a real eye opener for all of us.
