I saw that too, but have been unable to find a registered entity named Kreuzfeld LLC.

But the nature of an LLC is very flexible. Any fool can put their money in a pot then go around calling himself an LLC. The only difference is that you'd file as an entity with the state, and to open a business bank account you'd need to provide articles of formation provided by registering.

Mr. Kreuzfeld can go around calling himself an LLC without actually registering and just use a personal bank account. The advantage of not registering is flying under the radar of the state, and not having to file annual reports.
