"But AH 140 K, are rather a lot of shares!"

Have you ever questioned the why and how of the raw data at times? Here's just one example of a trade of GNBT in AHs.

01/29/10 16:54:40 0.59 0.59 0.59 -74195
01/29/10 16:54:53 0.59 0.58 0.58 74195

Now the exact same amount of shares and one is a - and the other a positive. I've seen that repeatedly. It's common knowledge that the MM does things to trick people into buying or selling. I've seen a stock start running on very few shares, skip numbers, and make people think they should get in for the run only for the stock to drop fast minutes later. So, I don't know that I could ever make a valid conclusion based on just the number of shares. I even been told that when we see large amounts of shares in AHs in a block that it means they're "settling" shares they traded earlier - whatever that means.:) So, food for thought.
