Yes there are a lot more details we need to know. I just do not see the company giving 50 million shares and then only needing 1 million in funding. If the company does not need any more than 1 or 2 million than the essentially they gave away shares at roughly 25% of there current value. I do believe there is something in the contract that a portion of the shares are issued as the funding is given. IMHO
