I'd agree with .025

A fully-operational V3 PBR is chicken soup for the BEHL investor's soul these days.

One thing I really enjoyed reading in the Quarterly Report was the answer to the question of whether or not BEHL was a development stage company or if it was currently conducting operations.

ANSWER: Currently Conducting Operations.

Been waiting a long time to see that. IMO, 2010 will be a very good year.
